Andrew Smart was the first commit of his recruiting class to the University of Utah, where he played Division I football. Football taught him the lesson he has built on ever since: talent gets you in the door, but systems carry you the next twenty years.
The builder
For two decades Andrew and his wife Jessica built companies together, from a long-running local business to marketing systems that generated seven figures and put them on stages in front of thousands. Then they lost everything, twice, and rebuilt from the ground up. What he learned in the rebuild became his whole approach: stop relying on hustle and build systems that follow up, sell and scale without you.
Today
Andrew is the founder of Rooster AI Agents, the AI sales team for high-ticket businesses, and of MON$TER Data, a platform that helps companies license their business data to AI and institutional buyers, safely and on their own terms. With Rich Plante he co-founded Mogul Data for $10M+ companies, and with Jessica and Kim he backs Queen Data for luxury beauty. He's based in St. George, Utah.
