Jessica Smart has spent more than twenty years mastering the art and science of hair. She is a celebrity stylist, a master hair extension educator and a professional color artist, and she has worked alongside the most respected educators at L'Oréal Professional and Paul Mitchell.
The educator
Jessica certifies stylists in more than ten extension methods, consults with salons and advises cosmetology schools. Her L'Oréal team recognized her as a true leader, and Michael Boychuck, owner of the famous Caesars Palace hair salon, praised her training and said his team had already asked her back. She has been featured on ABC Television and E! News.
Today
Jessica co-founded Queen Data with Kim Plante to help luxury salons, med spas and beauty brands see what the business they've built is really worth. She knows beauty from the chair to the balance sheet, and she has built companies with her husband, Andrew, for two decades.
